“Go abroad, earn a lot and comeback with loads of money then serve Pakistan. To me the biggest enemy of Pakistan is the one of who has opportunity to serve and earn loads of money in abroad but he’s not accepting those rather preferring to stay in Pakistan”.
He added, “Situation in Pakistan is worst and incurable with these limited resources we have. We need to work on grass root level at large scale to make an impact. Working on cream in recognized universities (as a professor etc) is not considerable and mere wastage of self”.
Further said, “It’s like wasting if you are not cashing yourself and a sin too”

These statements are given by a knowledgeable friend of mine while discussing the dynamics of Pakistan and the calamities it’s facing. Being an advocate of Pakistan, it was a difficult moment to pass by; he really made a point and left me thinking. I didn't have the answer but yes a night later I did. I was looking to make a lengthy discussion, full of logic but right now, I don’t find it appealing and I would answer in few lines.

Firstly, if somebody is really sure of the length of his life he’s going to live then he must serve abroad first 10, 20,30 years until he’s sure that yes! Now I have enough money. As I don’t so I would still say that we should stay in Pakistan and serve to best of our potential to make it Pak-iStaan.

Secondly, anybody opting to stay in Pakistan despite of the fact that he has the option to move abroad is honorable and holy to me because he had refused personal comfort in the pursuit of serving this land.

Once late Ishfaq Ahmad answered a question, People are not dying because of hunger, they die because they don’t have a shoulder for catharsis. I repeat, it’s not the matter of resources, it the matter how we treat people working in our system. Anybody serving here has the opportunity to be kind and just to more than a couple of people daily, if we all start practicing it then chain effect in indeterminable but issue is we don’t.  It’s not the matter of money; it’s the matter of behaviors.

Deploying your best individual at the best spot is its best use. This is universal law. So, an individual capable of directing potential minds in best direction must be dealing with the cream of the country.

Ishfaq Ahmad said, “It’s not our duty to doubt any body’s intention. And I really don’t doubt the intentions of those who plan to live their lives in icy countries to serve Paksitan but all I’m saying Pakistan need you here. If you have its pain in your heart, your every breath will cure Pakistan. May Allah keep us on the right path. Aamen.

Cricketing world will remember him as the most reckless, inconsistent and fragile player ever and justly so, but I've a different interpretation. To me, he’s a person whom failures couldn't haunt & criticism couldn't stop from being himself, he’s destined to make miracles and that’s for what he comes out every time. And obviously miracles don’t happen daily, 40 out of 350 plus matches is still a healthy ratio.

Despite of all the differences being an advocate of maturity and responsibility, I'm a great follower of Mr Shahid Khan Afridi. Teachers shouted, Professors insisted and books advised us always to follow our heart, be original and never be afraid of failures. Many of us listened to this all but either didn't understand or couldn't practice. But this man had all the courage and believe to go out and be himself. I've seen so many times, that on his comeback he opened his account with a boundary or big boomy six. He had consecutive ducks but it couldn't take away his flair of aggression and will to dominate. Where this man is playing with the record of highest ducks by a Pakistani batsman, he also has the best bowling figures, fastest century and maximum man of the match awards. I’m not here to provide the stats of his achievements, you may find those on numerous websites. I’m writing to highlight the most solid aspect of the most fragile declared individual in the cricketing world.

Afridi is a man, who many men can't be. Many would say that they don’t want to be , but I would say they couldn't even if they want to. Because being fearless is not the choice, welcoming criticism is not the art. Who can be beard when the glamour world is chasing? Who can forget the whole world and bite a ball when everybody is watching? , who can temper pitch and get banned? Who can accept it in front of the whole world without making any lame excuse with a simple smile and be sorry with the words “I had only one thing in my mind to win for my nation in a disastrous season, unfortunately I was unable to think anything else & I promise I would never do that again”. Only he has the right to be the darling of the crowd because he was the one who regathered and led the team from the front when it was facing serious spot fixing issues. Many would give this credit to Misbah but Misbah built on the solid foundation provided by this khan. He scored centuries in his captaincy tenure in lost innings. He probably is the only man who disassociated himself from the test despite of having a 150+ , not because he can’t play that but because he don’t want to play that how he plays. When Yousaf, Younas fought for their places in T20s, they should have been given the example of this guy. It might have saved their careers too. . Hitting the fastest century or getting 7-12 is not a big deal, getting out at 0 on crunch moments is not bothering, he’s meant to do what he tried from  his first inning and will do in his last.

Once I read quote and have only relevance with Ishq’e’Haqiqi. That was, “out beyond the boundary of right doing and wrong doing, when you will cross them , you will find me there”.. Today I found it materialistic interpretation as well. It is what the this man is all about.

“The act of filling something with air” it is one of my most favorite meaning of inflation and most appropriate one too. When economist and parhe likhe log talk about inflation, they discuss Pakistan’s economy. While youngsters have “LAYS” to describe it better but my concern is our individual personalities, ourselves, our “I”.

Digesting it would be easier if we recall our first resume. When it introduced us as a confident individual, legs were trembling, portrayed as  a seasoned professional, there was nothing but degrees. Employers know and disapprove it but verbally because they all have matchless organizations , aiming breakthroughs and only a qualified and experienced candidate can do repugnant, repetitive and non creative tasks perfectly. Same illusion is in the personal lives.
Satisfied souls are compassionate. They adore, endure and forgive but we are edgy, inflexible and unforgiving . We feed our egos in the name of self respect by mortifying others and turn wild in case of failure. We attribute our behaviors deceptively.
Lack of will to act is termed as serenity and manic behavior is termed as proactiveness. We are wise to try to hide, but fool to do not understand that we fail.

We are living an era of illness.
